Responsibilities:
Follow-up on estimates and assist in closing them within a 30-day period
Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls to/from customers
Scheduling estimates for our arborist to perform
Respond within specified timelines to; Yelp and HomeAdvisor leads
Call incoming form fills from our website
Creating customer profiles
Provide resolutions at the first point of contact where appropriate and in other situations getting those customers to the correct point of contact within Monster Tree Service
Handle complaints and call out any issues where appropriate
Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most valuable customers
Maintain and update customer-related information systems to ensure that we hold accurate records; collect and access appropriate information relevant to the type of call
Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet (texting software), and written correspondence as appropriate
Acquire detailed knowledge of our services to provide excellent service
Resolve a wide range of common inquiries
Qualifications:
An advanced level of English (both written and verbal) is a must!
Experience in a call center
Excellent Computer Skills
Ability to work with Google Suite (other software; House Call, Trello, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, Yelp, Scorpion, HomeAdvisor, etc.)
Effective time management and self-accountability
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills to provide the very best customer experience possible!

Salary: From $1000 and negotiable!
