Designer at SNAP Collective

SNAP Collective is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Designer to join our international team! If you have a strong aesthetic sense, a love for visual storytelling, and experience working with editorial layouts, we’d love to hear from you.

You will work closely with artists and editors to bring beautiful photo books to life. Your creative input and layout expertise will be key to transforming raw visual material into polished, high-end publications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design the layout for photo books
- Collaborate directly with editorial assistants to match artists vision
- Ensure print-ready files meet production standards
- Maintain a consistent and elegant design aesthetic

We’re Looking For:

- Good working knowledge of English (written & spoken)
- 1-3 years of experience working in graphic design
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with online collaboration/productivity tools

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with print production
- A portfolio showcasing book or editorial design is a big plus
