Purcari Wineries is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Demand Planning Manager to lead our teams in driving excellence in demand planning and customer service operations.
Required Competencies

Sales and Operations Planning Experience: Proven experience in sales and operations planning (S&OP), ideally within the FMCG or beverages industry.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across departments, with a strong understanding of customer service frameworks.
Passion for Change Management and Process Improvement: Demonstrated enthusiasm for driving change, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer service standards.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a managerial role focusing on demand planning, customer service, or operations management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Demand Planning: Manage the forecasting process to ensure accurate demand forecasts aligned with the company's planning cycle. Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to optimize inventory levels and enhance production efficiency while minimizing stockouts.
Customer Service Strategy: Develop and implement a customer service strategy that enhances organizational mindset and efficiency. Implement tools to streamline processes impacting customer experience, such as order fulfillment, and monitor customer perception through metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Ordering Process Management: Oversee the customer order placement process for all export markets. Ensure orders are accurately registered and tracked from placement to delivery. Map the order fulfillment process and collaborate with the IT department to identify and implement digital solutions for process improvement.
Reporting and Analytics: Define the reporting requirements for the commercial department and establish an effective reporting architecture. Provide guidance to the technical team to develop and enhance reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
